At Professional Guidance, we prioritize creating a safe and confidential relationship with ourclients. We understand the importance of trust when providing personal information in connection with coaching. Therefore, we have implemented this privacy policy to ensure transparency and protect your privacy.

Information Collection

We only collect necessary information and process it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The specific information we collect depends on the service you request from us. At Professional Guidance, we handle the following categories of information:

- Information about products and services purchased

- Personal information provided during coaching and other conversations..

Information Sharing

Professional Guidance does not disclose your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We have a responsibility to delete personal information when it is no longer relevant. This means thatwe regularly delete information that no longer serves a business purpose, is no longer subject to potential claims, or is no longer required by law..

Common deletion rules.

- Coaching notes will be deleted within 6 months after the completion of the coaching process.

Data Processing by Third Parties:

Professional Guidance uses Google Drive and Dropbox, which may store data outside the EU/EEA.However, our employees are instructed not to store personal data.

Your Rights

You have the right to exercise your rights, except in certain statutory exceptions. These rights include:

- Access to thei nformation we process about you.

- Objecting to the collection and further processing of your information, including automated individual decisions.

- Requesting correctionor deletion of your information. However, deletion will only occur if you are no longer a customer and no claims can be made against us due to past damage or insurance.

- Requesting your data in a machine-readable format and transferring it to another data controller(data portability).

- Withdrawing your consent at any time. We will cease processing your information unless we have another legal basis for doing so.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how Professional Guidance processes your information, you can file acomplaint with the Data Inspectorate.

Business Policy

Between the client and Professional Guidance

Pricing:

- One session of 1-2 hours costs SEK 1800 / DKK 1500.

- Package solution of 5 sessions costs SEK 10,000 / DKK 8,000.

Validity of Agreement:

The agreement becomes valid when you book a meeting.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before the meeting.

Service Dissatisfaction

Complaints are handled in collaboration with Empowermind Denmark and The International Association of Coaching Institutes, as our Expert Coaches are highly educated through this association.
